Paul A. Szewczak – Principal
Oversees all civil engineering activities; interfaces with consultants and clients; obtains governmental permits (DEP, PennDOT, Soil Conservation); attends municipal meetings and performs lot layouts conforming to zoning and land development regulations, stormwater drainage plans, erosion and sedimentation control plans.

Richard C. Yeakel – Principal
Manages the overall marketing effort of LIBERTY ENGINEERING, INC. Experienced in health care projects, evaluating a client’s needs, developing the engineering scope of work, and preparing project cost estimates.

James E. Zietlow, Jr. – Associate
Manages the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical design
activities; interfaces with clients to establish design criteria, scope of work and project estimates.

• Performs testing, balancing and troubleshooting on gas and fluid systems
• Specializes in the design of cost-effective, energy-efficient and user-friendly mechanical systems

Provides design engineering, interfaces with clients, attends municipal meetings, etc. in the Civil Engineering Department.
